Staff directory & profiles
Your directory keeps itself up to date from the Roblox group — there is nothing to add by hand.
How the roster syncs
Opening the Directory syncs it. Sinkly reads the primary group through your bot account, keeps everyone at or above the minimum tracked rank, and removes anyone who left the group or dropped below it. The list is paged at 25 people.
Set the threshold in Settings → Console settings → Staff tracking. Members who have linked their Roblox account to Sinkly are matched automatically, and their Discord details appear on their profile.
Profiles
A profile shows identity, unit placement, activity and records. Hover any field to edit it inline — there is no separate manage screen. Display names, pronouns and bio come from the person's own account settings and are shared across every community they are in.
Behavioral record
The Behavioral Record tab is the single log for everything that happens to a staff member: promotions, demotions, warnings, suspensions, notes and awards. A promotion logged here also applies the Roblox rank and the bound Discord role.
- 1Open the staff member's profile and go to Behavioral Record.
- 2Choose the entry type — promotion, demotion, warning, note or award.
- 3Add the reason and, for rank changes, the new group rank.
- 4Save; the entry is timestamped, attributed to you and mirrored to the audit log.
Org chart
Each profile has an expandable org chart showing the person's supervisor and everyone reporting to them. Set a supervisor on the profile to build the tree.
