Getting started

Sinkly is the staff console for Roblox communities. This guide takes you from sign-up to a working console.

1. Create your account

  1. 1Sign up with your email address and a password.
  2. 2Link your Roblox account — Sinkly uses Roblox's official sign-in, so you never share a password.
  3. 3Link your Discord account the same way. Both links are required before you can reach the communities page.

2. Create a community

On the communities page you can only create a console for Roblox groups you are actually a member of. Pick your group, give the community a name and description, and Sinkly builds the console for you.

3. Open the console

Clicking a community takes you straight into its console. The slim sidebar holds Dashboard, Directory, Library, Activity, Applications, Management and Settings — hover any icon to see its name. The gear at the bottom opens community settings.

4. What to do next

  1. 1Connect your Roblox group and Discord server in Settings → integrations.
  2. 2Set the minimum tracked rank so the directory only lists staff.
  3. 3Create console ranks and units in Management, then assign powers.
  4. 4Post your first company notice from Management → Announcements.
