The teams

Eight teams, one platform.

Each team is led by a Team Lead with a Senior / Supervisor as deputy. Your rank stays the same across teams, but your day-to-day title reflects the team you're in.

Customer Service

Staff title: Customer Service Agent

First response for every community using Sinkly. Owns support tickets, live help and the difference between a community that feels heard and one that doesn't.

  • Triage and resolve support tickets end to end
  • Live help in Discord and the Sinkly console
  • Keep response times and satisfaction within target
  • Feed recurring issues back to the product teams

Accounts

Staff title: Accounts Manager

Custodian of billing, subscriptions and community accounts. Makes sure every plan, invoice and renewal is correct and explainable.

  • Manage subscriptions, upgrades and cancellations
  • Reconcile invoices and handle billing disputes
  • Onboard and configure new community accounts
  • Liaise with payment providers on exceptions

Human Resources

Staff title: Human Resources Officer

Looks after the people who look after Sinkly. Hiring, records, wellbeing and the fair application of every people policy.

  • Run hiring pipelines and onboarding
  • Maintain staff records and behavioural logs
  • Handle wellbeing, conduct and grievance cases
  • Own promotion reviews and the ladder

Brand Collaboration

Staff title: Partnerships Officer

Builds partnerships between Sinkly and the communities and creators we work with. Deals, co-promotions and shared launches.

  • Source and negotiate community partnerships
  • Coordinate co-branded launches and events
  • Manage creator and partner relationships
  • Track partnership outcomes and renewals

Public Relations

Staff title: Public Relations Officer

The voice of Sinkly outward and the temperature of the community inward. Statements, announcements and reputation.

  • Draft and publish official Sinkly statements
  • Monitor public sentiment and flag issues early
  • Coordinate announcements across channels
  • Handle press and media enquiries

Sales

Staff title: Sales Executive

Helps communities find the right Sinkly plan and grows the platform's reach. Pipeline, demos and closing.

  • Qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads
  • Run demos and plan recommendations
  • Close renewals and upsells within policy
  • Keep the pipeline and CRM accurate

Trust & Safety

Staff title: Trust & Safety Officer

The guardrails. Investigates abuse, enforces platform policy and keeps Sinkly safe for every community on it.

  • Investigate abuse, fraud and policy violations
  • Enforce suspensions, bans and appeals fairly
  • Monitor for coordinated or emerging threats
  • Maintain and refine platform policy

Compliance

Staff title: Compliance Officer

Makes sure Sinkly does things properly and can prove it. Standards, audits and the records that back every decision.

  • Maintain platform and data-handling standards
  • Run audits and maintain the audit trail
  • Track regulatory and policy obligations
  • Advise teams on compliant practice
